Modern production involves high-tech processes, automation, engineering solutions, and quality control at all stages. The factories of OSK-TECHNOLOGY LLC are innovative production complexes that combine the latest technologies, advanced equipment, and the best specialists in the industry.

Our factories are located in three cities of Ukraine – Kharkiv, Poltava, and Boryspil, occupying more than 25,000 m² of production space. All workshops are equipped with modern machine tools, which allows us to implement even the most complex engineering projects.

  • Machine-building workshop – manufacture of mine conveyors, surface cableways, belt conveyors, and other types of transport for heavy industry.

  • Electromechanical workshop – manufacture and repair of high-efficiency electric motors.

  • Conveyor rollers and roller supports workshop – production of components for cargo transportation.

  • Pipe rolling workshop – production of industrial pipes and pipelines with high wear resistance.

  • Forging and pressing workshop – manufacture of metal structures, anchor and arch fasteners.

In-house design bureau

OSK-TECHNOLOGY LLC employs highly qualified design and manufacturing personnel with extensive experience in designing and manufacturing a wide range of equipment for the efficient transportation of minerals with parameters tailored to the specific conditions of each mining and processing enterprise.

Activities:

  • development of technical specifications from scratch, based on the specifics of the customer's business, operating conditions, and tasks facing the equipment;
  • working within the scope of the customer's technical specifications under clearly defined conditions;
  • adapting the customer's technical specifications: together with the customer's specialists and our engineering and design bureau, we are working to improve existing technical specifications for greater operational efficiency and optimization of design solutions.

Laboratory research and testing

Quality is paramount in the manufacturing process. We have implemented a multi-level quality control system based on modern testing methods.

  • Analysis of raw materials in our own laboratory – only certified materials from trusted suppliers.
  • Control of intermediate production stages – checking the strength, wear resistance, and accuracy of product parameters.
  • Final testing – each product undergoes a series of tests before being shipped to the customer.

Our specialists conduct a detailed analysis of the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products using: our own laboratory with modern equipment for chemical and physical-mechanical analysis of materials; test benches for testing products under extreme operating conditions; cooperation with leading certified laboratories and certification and testing centers.
