Flanged steel pipes (degassing)

A degassing steel flanged pipe is a key element of safety systems in the mining industry. Its main mission is to equip facilities for degassing, supplying fresh air directly to the working face, and redistributing air flows in mines and shafts. This is especially important for enterprises classified as hazardous due to high concentrations of gas and dust.

Additionally, the use of these pipes provides:

  • Effective removal of methane and other hazardous gases generated during mining operations to significantly reduce the risk of explosion.
  • Uninterrupted supply of fresh air necessary to maintain proper and safe working conditions for personnel in mine workings.
  • Reliable operation in hazardous conditions, achieved through exceptional material strength, complete tightness of flange connections, and high resistance to aggressive mine environments.

These pipes form the basis of ventilation systems in mining enterprises, where there is a constant risk of explosive atmospheres forming. Each product undergoes rigorous 100% quality control using non-destructive methods (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, X-ray) and hydraulic testing.
