Hot-dip galvanized pipes

Hot-dip galvanized pipes are steel pipes that have undergone special treatment for maximum corrosion protection. The technological process involves completely immersing the product in molten zinc, which forms a strong and continuous protective barrier on its surface.

This method, which complies with the DSTU EN ISO 1461:2024 standard, significantly increases the pipe's resistance to moisture, atmospheric precipitation, and chemically active substances.

The main advantages of hot-dip galvanized pipes:

  1. Long-term corrosion protection: Zinc coating is an effective barrier that prevents steel oxidation and significantly extends the service life of the pipe.
  2. Preservation of mechanical strength: Pipes remain as strong and capable of withstanding significant loads, while the protective properties of zinc are not impaired.
  3. Cost-effective maintenance: Hot-dip galvanizing provides long-term protection, significantly reducing the cost of repairing and replacing parts damaged by corrosion.
  4. Versatile application: These pipes can be used in a wide variety of areas, from construction and utilities (water supply, heating) to complex industrial systems.

This type of pipe is ideal for use both outdoors and in aggressive industrial environments where pipelines are constantly exposed to negative influences.
