Our company manufactures LP600T and LP800T belt reloaders for receiving, transporting, and loading rock mass from the conveyor of a roadheader to a belt conveyor in preparatory faces with different productivity and belt speed.
Structurally, reloaders are manufactured in two basic designs: suspended (on a monorail) and ground-based (on portal racks).
LP600T.05.05.000 Unloading and drive section
The unloading and drive section is designed as a spatial truss with left, right, or paired drive arrangement.
The drive type is a gear motor with a power rating of 15.5 to 22 kW.
Deflector rollers are installed to center the belt.
A flow shaper is installed at the end of the drive.
LP600T.02.00.000 Intermediate section
The intermediate section is designed as a spatial truss. Deflector rollers are installed to center the belt.
LP600T.03.00.000 Loading section
The section is designed as a frame structure. Depending on the order, it can be equipped with wheel pairs, skis, or a towing device. It is equipped with shock-absorbing rollers and a tension screw device.
LP800T.05.05.000 Unloading and drive section
