One of the projects that demonstrates our ability to implement complex solutions is the development of infrastructure for a large coal enrichment plant.
Task: Our specialists faced a difficult task: to design and ensure the production of transport infrastructure for a factory with a design capacity of 2.5 million tons per year from scratch, creating an uninterrupted technological chain.
Decisions and key indicators: Based on in-depth analysis and calculations, our design department developed a comprehensive conveyor system project. As part of the first phase, the following was manufactured and installed:
- 2 main conveyors with a capacity of 160 kW each for delivering raw coal.
- 17 technological belt conveyors to ensure a complete internal cycle.
