Complex for the production of cube-shaped crushed stone

 

The cube-shaped crushed stone production complex is a high-tech equipment system that processes rock mass into crushed stone with a clear grain geometry.

The complex includes inertial centrifugal vertical crushers (DIV), vibrating screens with resonating grids (GVR), feed hoppers, and belt conveyors.

All components are combined into a single technological cycle to obtain high-quality cubical crushed stone and fractionated sand.

How it works

The material is fed into a hopper, from where it is fed into a centrifugal crusher with a vertical shaft (DIV).

The self-feeding rotor and crushing chamber create a high-speed vortex in which the material particles are crushed against the lined surface and against each other, forming cube-shaped grains.

After crushing, the material is sorted into fractions using a vibrating screen with rubber resonating meshes, ensuring accurate screening and minimizing wear.

 

What it is used for

The complex is used to convert rock mass or pre-crushed stone into crushed stone with a regular grain shape, which is particularly important for construction and road works.

The main goal is to produce high-quality cube-shaped crushed stone, which demonstrates better technical characteristics in mixtures than traditional crushed stone.

  • Road construction — cuboid crushed stone ensures denser compaction, improving the adhesion and durability of asphalt concrete pavement.
  • Railway construction — used as a sub-ballast layer due to its high load resistance.
  • Production of concrete and reinforced concrete products — the cubic shape improves adhesion in concrete mixtures.
  • Construction of residential and industrial facilities — as a filler for high-strength building materials.
