Interframe tie rod

An interframe tie is a structural element used to connect adjacent frames of an arch fastening to each other.

Its main task is to provide stability to the entire fastening structure. The tie securely fixes the set distance between the frames, preventing their displacement, tilt, or deformation under the influence of rock pressure.

Thus, the use of interframe ties provides the necessary spatial rigidity and safety of the mine workings.
