On November 20-21, our company was visited by teenagers participating in the ESTEAM career guidance program, which is implemented by the GoGlobal NGO at the Ko_Laba laboratories.
The organizers asked OSK-TECHNOLOGY to conduct a tour of the production facility for young people and hold a motivational meeting about career paths, choosing a profession, and the challenges and opportunities of modern industry.
We were happy to support the initiative and conducted a comprehensive immersive tour of the company for the teenagers.
The students visited all five production workshops of OSK-TECHNOLOGY, where they learned about the processes involved in creating modern equipment:
The children had the opportunity to see the company's unique machines and equipment in action — and not only to see them, but also to observe our specialists at work in a real working environment. The tours were conducted by engineers, designers, and workshop managers, who explained each stage of production in detail and answered all practical questions.
After visiting the workshops, participants had the opportunity to chat with plant managers about life, discussing future careers, choosing a path, the challenges facing modern Ukraine, and the importance of work that creates real products and changes the country. It was clear to see how the students' eyes lit up with interest, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to understand how modern manufacturing works.
This meeting was no less valuable for our team. OSK-TECHNOLOGIES employees had the opportunity to see that they are facing a worthy successor — a new generation that thinks broadly, is not afraid of challenges, and wants to build a new, modern Ukraine. Therefore, this day was truly useful and inspiring for all parties.
"I see a powerful change taking place among young, patriotic people who care about Ukraine's future. They are not afraid of challenges and want to build something here. The most gratifying thing is that they sincerely believe in this country and in the people who are doing everything to make it better. And that is why I also believe: everything will be Ukraine!" said Alexander Syrota, CEO of OSK-TECHNOLOGY.
We support such initiatives and believe it is extremely important to educate young people, satisfy their natural curiosity, introduce them to various fields of activity and professions, and demonstrate how modern production works, what technologies are available, and what opportunities the engineering field offers.
OSK-TECHNOLOGY is open to cooperation with communities, schools, and educational organizations to jointly shape a new generation of Ukrainian specialists and build the country's future.
