Our company manufactures DNShK mine floor-mounted rope ways for rail tracks with a track gage of 600mm or 900mm for P24 or P33 rails.

The design of the way provides for the arrangement of the traction rope in the center or on the side of the rail track.

The way is designed for the transportation of goods in mine carts with a hook coupling and peoples in passenger trolleys along straight and curved sectional and main mine workings with an alternating profile of coal and shale mines, hazardous in terms of gas and dust of all categories.

DNShK.01.00.000 Power-Drive Station 

Power-drive station is designed to move the way train along the mine workings, while it provides smooth start and stop of the train, as well as stepless speed control.

The drive is equipped with a friction pulley and two spot-type brakes: service one and safety one. The service brake acts on the braking field of the clutch, which is mounted on the input shaft of the gearbox. The safety brake acts directly on the brake rim of the friction pulley. The brake is opened simultaneously by activating the drive; when the drive is deactivated, the brake is automatically closed. The traction force is transferred to the rope due to the frictional forces between the pulley and the rope.

Depending on the type and power of the drive, a SP-202М, KTs-250 gearbox or a proprietary gearbox is used to transmit torque.

 

DNShK.02.00.000 Braking Trolley 

Braking trolley is designed to create a braking force during an emergency stop of the train. The trolley moves on the rollers of catchers along the rail track.

The safety devices are triggered automatically when the train reaches the specified speed, as well as in manual mode by a cable coming from a towing car or a passenger car.

 

DNShK.03.00.000 Towing Trolley 

Towing trolley is designed to move the train using the force transmitted from the drive through the traction rope. In order to lengthen (to reduce) the closed traction rope while increasing (reducing) the length of the DNShK way, a drum for the reserve traction rope is installed on the towing trolley. A driver, who, using a rod, can give commands to the drive, as well as with the help of a cable passing in the upper part of the cab, if necessary, make an emergency operation of the braking trolley, is accommodated in the cab. In order to hold the train of freight cars in case of breakage of couplings or spontaneous disconnection of freight cars, a counter-coupling is used.

 

DNShK.05.00.000 Tension Station 

Tension station is designed for automatic tension of the slack strand of the traction rope from the friction pulley of the drive. When the tight strand or the slack strand of the traction rope is weakened, the movable block rises under the action of the tension weight, which is located in the freight basket, and selects the slack of the traction rope.

 

Return end DNShK.07.00.000 

Return end is designed to change the direction of movement of the traction rope in the opposite direction and to the roof of the mine. The picture shows a return end for side traction ways.

 

DNShK.10.20.000 Track Roller   

Track roller is used to maintain the traction rope on straight sections of the track.

 

DNShK.14.00.000 Block   

The block is designed to support and to guide the reverse strand of the closed traction rope, and it is installed in the areas where the direction of force from the rope does not change.

The block is mounted on the roadway support with clamps.

 

DNShK.15.00.000 Idle Block  

Idle block is designed to support and to guide the reverse strand of the closed traction rope in the places where the working is curved in the plan. The number of blocks for installation on a curvature should be chosen so that the bend of the traction rope on the block does not exceed 50. A block is mounted on the roadway support with clamps.

 

DNShK.16.00.000 Adjustable Block  

Adjustable block is designed to support and to guide the reverse strand of the closed traction rope. The range of rotation of the block during installation is 0-90° with a step of 180 is provided by a number of holes made on the rotating sector. A block is mounted on the roadway support with clamps.

 

DNShK.18.00.000 Supporting Device   

Supporting device (button box) is designed to guide and to support a strand of a closed traction rope located on the side of the rail track. A vertical roller, located at the rail track, is pivotally suspended and it deviates inside the contour when it is acted upon by the drive arm of the towing trolley. After the move of the lever, the deflecting roller returns to its original position under its own weight, closing the rope inside a closed loop.

 

DNShK.20.00.000 Diverting Block   

Diverting block is designed to support and to guide the reverse strand of the closed traction rope in the places where the working is curved in the plan. It is installed on the bends of the traction rope on a block over 100. The blocks are made in various designs depending on the diameter of the hauling rope and the method of attachment to the working.

 

DNShK.24(33)-6(9)-09.00.000 Switch Throw   

Switch throw is designed to ensure the transfer of mine carts to the mating working and the passage of the way train without lifting the stabilizing rollers. Switch throws have different designs, depending on a track gage, a rail type, and a direction of a turn (right and left). Switch throw consists of an input and an output turnouts. Fixation of the rail in working positions is ensured by a pivot rod and a lock manually only. Moving the switch rails on the turnouts to the working position is possible manually or using the drive (PVM1-M).
